The core competency of Point Blank South Africa is undoubtedly the procurement of high quality and well-trained Brand Ambassadors. Staff are recruited and then trained before being sent into the field. There is a clear goal that every single Point Blank staff member aspires to when being in the field:
Give every consumer we interact with an experience that leaves them with something to remember, as point blank as it may be
Communication skills, professionalism and a positive approach to life are the key elements that Point Blank searches for in its ambassadors. Beyond being able to play the part, ambassadors of course need to look it.
The following are examples of staff procured by Point Blank South Africa:
Promotional Manager: Used mainly in event and on-premise environments
Criteria of Staff:
- Minimum of 50 Hours promotional time accumulated for Point Blank
- 21 Years or Older
- Full training on various brands, sales techniques and general Point Blank good practices
Brand Ambassador: Used at events or on-premise scenarios.
Criteria of staff:
- Minimum of two hours training on specific brand and sales techniques
- 20 Hours promotional experience required
- Minimum Age - 21 Years
Promotional Person: Used for street and/or off-premise activations
Criteria of staff:
- 19 Years of Age (Minimum)
- No promotional experience required
- Basic Training given (30 Minutes)
Hostess Services: High-end Corporate Functions and events
Criteria of staff:
- Modeling background
- 19 Years of Age (Minimum)
- Very basic training
- No hour requirement
- Basic Training
