We had teams of 4 staff at various robot intersections all around the country where their main objective was to communicate Cell C’s new International calling tariff and to create awareness and encourage existing and new customers to make use of this limited offer.
Our staff were up bright and early to do the morning rush from 7:30am – 9:30am and also an evening shift of 4 – 6pm to capitalise on the rush hour traffic. Elevator’s staff stood out in Cell C branded t-shirts and branded sling bags with which to carry their flyers.
Over the 4 shifts worked, our Cell C promotional staff were able to distribute an enormous amount of flyers and improve Cell C’s national footprint to consumers.
JHB – 14,000 flyers distributed
DBN – 16,000 flyers distributed
CT – 16,800 flyers distributed
The activation was a phenomenal success as awareness and visibility for the Cell C brand was achieved through the Activators, 46800 Flyers were distributed to new and existing Cell C consumers nationally in total. By having our Elevator staff as Cell C activators on site, it put consumers doubts to as they were able to be educated about the Cell C offer and reassured that the offer can deliver on its’ promises.
